Starlight Italia S.r.l. has the fundamental mission of designing, producing and marketing night vision systems for navigation, based on a special military-derived technology known as light amplification.
With this in mind, it has introduced a quality management system in compliance with the UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 standard with a “risk-based thinking” approach for:
DESIGN, PRODUCTION, INSTALLATION OF ADVANCED ELECTRONIC SYSTEMS AND NIGHT VISION SYSTEMS FOR AIRCRAFT USE.
The Management plans organizational activities and processes with the aim of achieving the following quality objectives:
- Constantly improve the services offered to customers, focusing on the maximum competence and professionalism of its staff;
- Involve staff in the vision of company strategies, through the transparency of decisions and internal communication;
- Develop staff culture, at all levels, for the purpose of maximum customer satisfaction, compliance with mandatory regulations and stimulation of growth and innovation.
In particular Starlight Italia S.r.l. undertakes to:
- provide broad solutions to customer requests and needs through an expanded network and high-level staff skills;
- respond to customer requests promptly, respecting the commitments undertaken
- guarantee high reliability of the performance of the products produced and the services offered.
Annually, the Management, following the review of the internal and external context, the expectations of all interested parties, the analysis of the results and the performances achieved, defines, for all company processes, specific measurable objectives consistent with this policy.
This document is reviewed annually in order to ascertain its adequacy and consistency with company strategies and the development of the QMS.
